1. Use of the Service
- Boorix is a language-learning platform that provides access to a curated library of audio lessons and educational materials.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Boorix.
- You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Accounts
- Certain features of Boorix require creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You must immediately notify Boorix AI of any unauthorized use or security breach.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- Boorix offers subscription plans that provide access to premium audio content.
- Payments are processed through your App Store (Apple) or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play).
- Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
- All audio lessons, text, graphics, and other materials within Boorix are the property of Boorix AI INC or its licensors, protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use the content for educational purposes only.
- You may not copy, record, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Boorix content.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
- Share, resell, or transfer your account to another person.
- Use Boorix in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or interfere with other users' experience.
6. Availability and Updates
Boorix AI strives to maintain reliable access to the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available."
Boorix AI makes no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Service or its content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boorix AI INC, its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use Boorix.
9. Changes to These Terms
Boorix AI may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted in the App and/or at https://www.boorix.com/terms.
By continuing to use Boorix after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Upon termination, your right to access premium content will end immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree that any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Canada.
